Shipping and Delivery
We know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The minimum time for us to deliver the product to your doorstep is 3 working days. The shipping fee will depend on delivery location of the package. We do not charge for shipping if your order is above INR 1099.
Express vs. Standard Delivery
If you choose “Express shipping” while placing the order, your dispatch from our warehouse will be prioritized.
Express shipping orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 working hours (Sunday and public holidays excluded). It takes about 1-2 days for delivery to metro cities (post dispatch) and 4-5 days for delivery to non-metro cities (post dispatch).
Standard shipping orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48-72 working hours (Sunday and public holidays excluded). It takes about 3-4 days for delivery to metro cities (post dispatch) and 5-7 days for delivery to non-metro cities (post dispatch).
We ship your product(s) by our courier partners and every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you will always know where your package is. You can track your order from Here.
Delays caused in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, riots, pandemic, etc) will not be entitled to a refund/discount.
We ensure assured refund to you for any specific product ordered from our website when you seek refund as per the terms and conditions mentioned on the website.
Return / Replacement Request process
Please note we do not have an on-call support for refund/replacement.
All such requests need to be submitted either via chat or email to us.
If asked by our support representative, you might need to share pictures of tag attached to the product(s) for validation.
Return and Replacement process
For the products ordered through our website, you have an absolute guarantee of satisfaction from us. You may return/replace the product anytime during 15 days from the date of delivery. This does not apply to products marked as “No return”.
No product will be eligible for return/replacement if the attached tag has been removed. All such packages undergo quality checks at our warehouse before refund/exchange is initiated. Products that do not pass quality checks are not eligible for return/replacement. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
There are no additional charges for return shipping.
For return/exchange pickup, please repackage the item including all original items, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/been used.
Methods of Payment and Refund
When returning an item, your mode of payment while placing the order will determine how your refund is processed.
Prepaid orders – Your refund will go back to the same card/bank account you made the purchase from.
Cash-on-delivery orders – Please share your bank account/UPI details at [email protected] once your refund request is approved.
Unethical order & Cancellation Policy
In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order(s) will be cancelled whatsoever and Weink (www.weink.studio) will not be liable to pay any refund to you in any such case.
The complete refund process usually takes about 10-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund. No credit is provided until the product has arrived.
