Shipping and Delivery

We know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The minimum delivery time for us to deliver the product at your doorstep is 3 working days. The Shipping Fee will depend on the weight and location of the item. We do not charge for shipping if your order is above INR 999.
Free Standard/Regular Delivery
All orders placed with FREE standard delivery (3-5 business days). We ship your product by our courier partners and every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is. You can always track your order from Here
As per our policy, for the late delivery of the order, if the time delay is unreasonable you can be entitled to get a 20% discount on your order. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (Weather, Riots, Pandemic, etc) would not be entitled to a refund/discount.
We ensure assured Refund to you for the specific product ordered from the Website when you seek the refund as per the terms of Service of the Website.
For Fifteen (15) days following shipment to you of the Product, EXCLUDING items marked as no Return accepted, you have ordered through us, you have an absolute guarantee of satisfaction from us. You may return the product for a refund of the product price anytime during that 15-day period. The product will not be eligible for return/replacement if the attached tag has been removed. To protect against refund scams, we have also marked the knot of the tag and the same would be checked on all return/refund queries. Shipping charges will not be refunded. No replacement will be initiated until the product has arrived at our store and quality checks have been done.
The product return includes:
a. Repackage the item including all original items, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.
b. We do not charge you on the return shipping.
How can I get my Refund?
Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by:
a. Login to your WeInk account and go to “Orders”.
b. Click on “Return this product”.
c. On the next page, choose “Return/Exchange a product” in the chat pop-up and share your Order ID.

Methods of Payment and Refund
When returning an item how you paid for your item will determine how your refund is processed.
Credit / Debit Card – Your refund will go back to the same card you purchased on.
Unethical order & Cancellation Policy
In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and WeInk (www.weink.studio) will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
The complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund. No credit until the product has arrived.
